kak sara, piramid makanan yg baru?? ape beza dgn yang lama?
haah, piramid makanan yg baru....yg bezanya ialah saiz hidangan die...kalu perasan, saiz hidangan untuk aras yg paling bwah (karbohidrat) utk piramid lama ialah 8 - 12 sajian tp utk yg baru 4 - 8 sajian...pastu sayur n buah...dah dipecahkan...sayur kene ambil 2 sajian...buah 3 sajian...kalu dulu, 3 - 5 sajian utk buah dan sayuran...;) utk aras 3 (protein) dan aras 4 pun ade perubahan... ;)
